Lemon Guarantees
Our lemon guarantees protect you against major breakdowns on the critical comfort system components, including:
- Air Conditioner/Heat Pump
If the compressor fails on your new air conditioner or heat pump once within seven (7) years of installation, we will replace the entire outdoor unit absolutely FREE.
If your new comfort system fails to keep you comfortable up to one (1) year after installation, Star Quality Air will make unlimited attempts to resolve the issue up to and including removing your new comfort system and refunding 100% of the purchase price.
1-Year Performance Guarantee
If your new comfort system fails to perform optimally for up to one (1) year after installation, Star Quality Air will make unlimited attempts to resolve the issue. And, if we cannot resolve the issue with the existing equipment, Star Quality Air will replace the system with a new system of equal value absolutely free!
10-Year Parts and Labor Warranty
Star Quality Air will repair or replace all comfort system components if the equipment fails as a result of a manufacturer’s defect within ten (10) years of installation. Available upon request.
